On Friday, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, met with Friedrich Merz, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation to advance shared goals and development priorities.
Sheikh Mohamed talked with the German Chancellor, who is on an official visit to the UAE. He talked about how strong the two nations’ ties are and how well they work together, especially in the areas of energy, innovation, and advanced technology.
He said that the UAE was eager to strengthen these ties for the good of both countries and their people. The meeting also talked about a variety of regional and global issues that both sides were interested in.
The President of the UAE and the Chancellor of Germany both said that it is important to maintain stability in both the region and the world by addressing disputes through communication and diplomacy. Sheikh Mohamed and the German Chancellor also saw the signing and exchange of many agreements during the meeting. These agreements were meant to improve collaboration between the two countries.
