Lighthouse Properties has confirmed the complete sell-out of Arthouse Private Residences, marking its first project launch as a strategic partner with Clédor Developments and Viva Development. The successful sale highlights Lighthouse Properties’ focus on small-scale residential projects within low-density, well-connected neighbourhoods.
The development, which includes 120 residential units, was fully sold shortly after its launch. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2028. The strong response was driven by Lighthouse Properties’ established network of broker partners and growing investor interest in lifestyle-led residential projects with clear positioning.
Marwan Al Kindi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lighthouse Properties, said the project reflects the company’s development approach, which prioritises defined concepts, strong locations, and clearly identified buyer segments. He noted that the full sell-out demonstrated strong market demand and validated the project’s go-to-market strategy.
Cledor Developments Founder and CEO Omar Gull welcomed the partnership, saying Lighthouse Properties’ structured market strategy and broker relationships played a key role in the project’s performance. He added that working with Al Kindi reinforced his reputation for delivering consistent sales results within the real estate sector.
