Tumodo, a UAE-based business travel platform, has announced a strategic agreement with Yango Rides for Business, the corporate B2B service of Yango Ride, an international ride-hailing service, to improve corporate mobility solutions in the region. The agreement enables Tumodo users to book Yango trips directly through the Tumodo platform, with all expenses automatically reflected in travel reports.

According to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), 747.1 million people used public transportation and shared mobility services in Dubai in 2024, a 6.4% increase over the previous year. Taxis accounted for 26% of overall ridership, highlighting their critical position in the city’s transportation infrastructure.

The partnership boosts Yango Rides for Business’s footprint in the UAE’s corporate travel industry while also supporting Tumodo’s goal of developing a fully automated ecosystem for business trip management that includes flights, accommodations, and now ground transportation.

Dubai continues to lead the area in cab services, with consistent year-over-year growth. Notably, 83% of Dubai’s taxi fleet comprises hybrid and electric cars, highlighting the UAE’s commitment to sustainable transportation.
