
The United Arab Emirates has conveyed its heartfelt sympathies and support with the United Mexican States in the wake of the floods brought on by excessive rains that caused numerous fatalities and significant property damage.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) released a statement expressing its deepest sympathies and condolences to the victims’ families, the Mexican government, and the Mexican people for this tragedy. According to municipal officials nationwide, flooding brought on by heavy rains has killed at least 28 people in Mexico this week and left a path of devastation in its wake, they announced Friday.
According to Mexico’s civil defense agencies, 31 out of 32 states saw heavy rainfall. The states that were most hit were Veracruz in the east, Queretaro and Hidalgo in the center, and San Luis Potosi in the north-central region. In response to the floods brought on by the intense rains that claimed many lives and severely damaged a great deal of assets, the United Arab Emirates conveyed its deepest sympathies and cooperation to the United Mexican States.
