We embraced technology, upskilled our team, and found creative ways to deliver value to clients even in uncertain times. Challenges have taught me the importance of agility and the power of a strong, united team,” she reflected.

I also see collaborations between brands, influencers, and communities becoming even more important. The industry will continue to evolve as a bridge between the physical and digital worlds, offering endless opportunities for innovation,” Mirela added.

“My advice is simple: stay curious, stay resilient, and stay people-focused. The events industry — like many others — is about human connection at its core. Never stop learning, embrace change instead of fearing it, and build relationships based on trust. Don’t be afraid to take risks, because every great idea begins with courage. Most importantly, always remember why you started — passion is the fuel that sustains you when challenges arise,” Mirela responded.
