Women entrepreneurs praised the notable assistance provided by wise leadership to Emirati women working in the economy, who have fueled expansion by starting their own businesses. They clarified that this assistance has been crucial to their companies’ growth.
First Abu Dhabi Bank Group CEO Hana Al Rostamani is cited as saying, “The late founding father, Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, left a legacy of pioneering accomplishments in the field of women’s empowerment, which are celebrated nationally on Emirati Women’s Day.
Since he thought that women were essential to the development of the country, he supported their education and self-determination, pushing them to assume positions of leadership and decision-making. Through strategic initiatives aimed at empowering women and enhancing their involvement in the process of growth and advancement, Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, also referred to as the “Mother of the Nation,” has pursued this strategy.
